Through mixed-media works i like to explore sensory intake, the consciously unconnected
jumble of images and impressions that accrue in our minds awaiting some coherence to be established by the subconscious.

Advertisements, photos, videos, illustrations, signage, street art...The walls and surfaces
that offer supporting planes of color and texture. These are among the elements we absorb throughout every waking hour.

These pieces might be thought of as 'dream stills', distillations wherein an apparent
randomness of elements seeks its own balance, its own sense, agnostic of original intent, context or the time and place in which they were encountered.
